What should you expect when you meet with us?

Our appointments are held in the Annex located behind the Thrift Store. When you first arrive, you will check in with one of our volunteers and be asked to fill out a short information sheet giving us your address and family members names.
You will then meet with one or more of our volunteers to discuss the challenges you are facing and the kind of help you are requesting. Our volunteers will go over your household income and expenses and fill out a budget form with you. This form helps us gain a deeper understanding of just what you are going through and how we can best help you and your family.
The volunteer(s) working with you will usually be able to determine the amount of assistance we can offer during the course of your meeting. In some instances, however, we may need to get back to you at a later time.
